Shipping policy
Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed in 2-3 business days from when the order is placed. Excluding weekends. Some exceptions apply:
- During times of high order volume, such as significant sales, new inventory arrivals, and sales events, orders may take up to an additional 7-10 business days to process and ship from the warehouse.
- Holiday season order processing and end-of-season sales events orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process and ship from the warehouse.
International:
International shipping requires anywhere from 30 to 45 business days for delivery from when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Please note: If rush delivery is chosen during checkout, it will be shipped as such. Our normal order processing times still apply.
The buyer is responsible for any duties or additional taxes (such as VAT) that may be assessed upon delivery.
