As of November 3, 2023, ALL products are non-returnable or exchangeable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. Final Sale items are marked on each product page with the words FINAL SALE in the description.
Refunds
Please allow 5-7 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified by email once the return/refund is processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, not including the shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*** Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refunded when returning items.
